do guys at GNC actually know what there talking about ^^^ "Protein is protein". This is correct to some degree. IMO, you can't compare beef protein to the protein found in rice or chips. Might just be broscience. If protein is protein, why would you pay $60 for a 2lb tub? You can use Myofusion, ON Whey, MP Combat, Dymatize, etc. They are all over half the price of that overrated, overpriced GNC dog crap. The only difference is the serving size. AMP Whey 60 = 3 scoop serving size @ 60g protein. So that's 20g per scoop. MP Combat = 1 scoop serving size @ 24g protein. See where I'm going with this?
