I have been such a clean food stickler this whole summer. oatmeal with egg whites + greek yog in the morning, whole wheat pasta and cottage cheese with a tsp of olive oil for lunch, misc protein bars in between meals and chicken everyday with whole wheat buns for dinner and yet another serving or 2 of cottage cheese before bed has been my diet. I worked at chipotle for around 2 months and i would obviously indulge in double steak bowls with guac almost everyday. (Not clean but whose not gonna get free food) ever since i quit and only stuck to eating clean at home it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET 3K CALORIES CLEAN! i eat sooo much its crazy. basically i eat every 2.5 hours i eat SO much and at first i blamed my training for no gains but i started keeping track of my calories and i can barely make it to 2.5k eating clean!!! i actually lOST size since i quit my job. this is a nightmare... what are my options? i dont wanna eat bad **** and get body fat. id say im at like 8% bf right now 163 lbs 5'11
