      enough or not enough volume?

      id say swap your leg and shoulders/tri day, deadlifts will hit your glutes and hamstrings pretty hard so will still be recovering when you hit them directly on your leg day, although if your diet and rest is spot on, 48 hours might be all it takes, although this is why i dont deadlift on a back day. that said..it does look good, try it and see how u get on with it
