      Finished SS, now what ?

      no you haven't finished SS, stay on it untill you hit 2/3/4 bench squat dead, and i think oyu need to squat lower unless your cant dead for shiet

      Maybe switch to an upper/lower split if you're bored, but SS is really something you should keep milking until you plateau.

      You can bulk on any program, however looking at your lifts it doesn't look like you've milked all the gains from SS.
      I'd say stay on for a couple more months.

      If you really want to move on then yes that is the PHAT you should follow, Layne Norton comments on BB.com himself and said you can cut out a few exercises if you feel it is stunting your strength gains.
      The main aspect of PHAT is to get stronger, due to getting stronger your body gets bigger.
      Same as SS imo

      You can still get results from ss. If yoy want you could go on bl's SS as its slightly different
