For the att of yanny and Ewen Food choices not bad at all mate, nice range of minerals, vitamins, fibre, phytonutrients and decent omega fats ratio with all that. Agree with Yanny (again, seem to be agreeing on a lot diet wise at the moment) on maybe changing your complex carb sources - a little less sugars maybe and some more varied complex carbs like rice, buckwheat, quinoa rather than two portions of bread per day. A bit more leafy veg too maybe. Also protein does look like it could do with bumping up a little more, but no need to make massive sudden changes which can cause a bit of digestive upset - try adding one extra decent sized portion of poultry, red meat, white or oily fish to the daily menu and see how that goes for a while.
