Is going to gym everyday, working out the entire body, bad/possibly counterproductive? I read somewhere on the forum that it was okay for beginners to bodybuilding, but for veterans, the effects are worse.
Gym everyday? You can get away with quite a lot, but personally, if I was on a full body routine I wouldn't go more than 4 times a week.
Gym everyday? I'm thinking of going tommorow, but it'd be a consecutive day since I did it today. Not sure if it's bad or not, but for some reason, I'm really keen on going, I think it's from lurking the forum ahahah.
