      Hii...

      I'm Trudie, kinda of new been reading around on this forum for a bit now so thought it was about time to introduce myself..

      My goals are to lose weight and tone a lot nothing to extreme. Also to increase my cardio

      Had a massive issue with diet. But this week changed to 5 small balanced meals a day with one treat day. Since Sunday iv dropped 6lbs and 1.2% body fat.

      First weeks been not to bad I think cooking meals have taking my mind off it but today I had a treat and and my body is just hurting now. I think week 2/3 will be harder as the food may become boring and repetitive. But I wasn't expecting any weight loss so 6lba over 5 days was a shock

      Hi If I could give advice I would say this...... determination and Consistency are the key, knowledge and experience you gain, the first two are all you and only you! welcome to uk muscle :)
