      HELP PLEASEEEE!!

      Yes mate, my usual brekky consists of ;

      4 x scrambled eggs
      4 x Weetabix
      Cup of Rocketfuel coffee
      Glass of OJ
      Banana

      good start to the day IMO.

      Cheers mate was good when i saw the results but didnt see muscle size improvement and I do want bigger muscles, will give it a go, get paid at on friday so going out food shopping will get loads of eggs and meat

      You are not going to grow on those calories, I doubt if you are getting the protein you state, this is because you can count the oats as calories, but not really as protein, just count protein from good sources, to get a better idea of what you are actually getting imo, it might say bread 6 grams per round but you will not derive that?!

      You should be looking at at least 2500 cals per day, the first meal of the day should have a good source of protein in it, as should every meal following!

      dont go to a boxing gym just at my normal gym do 20 mins bag then 20 mins of skipping/shadow boxing

      HELP PLEASEEEE!!

      As a rule of thumb l go with 200 grammes of a protein source and 100 grammes of carbs.

      ie ; chicken breast and rice.

      I do this 5 times a day if l am trying to add size.
