      WE ARE TELLING YOU...

      4 oz raw = 100 calories.

      Generally the 4 oz on the label is raw. How do I know this? The net weight of the package and the servings per package

      so the companys already add the water weight thats in the chicken?

      i've not said anything until now, but half the time i see you post it ends up with me slapping my forehead.\

      Anyway OP, it depends on what you are doing. In terms of recipes, its typically raw ingredients. Labels will typically be 'as sold'. In most calorie counters it is cooked product, but some separate this.

      haha so.... you tell me should i weigh my chicken before? or after cooking it? i would think before would be safer on a cut? since in the end your only gona end up with less calories..?

      Weigh it before, during, and after... Just to make sure.
