      How to get 6 pack!

      There's three possible things you're trying to do here. Learn how to train the rectus abdominis, lose fat, or start a thread of bull ****. Two of them seem like fairly reasonable guesses.

      the 1st 2.

      but no 1 is giving me good advice. the 1st guy calls me a woman and tells me to get in the kitchen. 2nd guy tells me to read the stikies but theres no stickies about abs then he posts a vid about fake abs. the 3rd guy tells me to buy beer.

      How to get 6 pack!

      I remember being 18 and being "fat kid" for too long. Finally tired of it, 90 days later it was gone. After school, I'd work my "typical HS job", get off work at midnight. Go home, change clothes, run at the school track. Running past midnight was actually kinda fun. That, and "grease the groove" ab work had a six-pack in short time.

      Internet hadn't been "invented" yet to complain on a forum. Somehow just figured out "wut do". It wasn't rocket science -- just initiative.
