Aha, trying to point out the obvious and make me look stupid when you're the one who's missing the point of the thread, I'm saying 90 is sufficient enough and 148 is unnecessarily high .. try again smart guy

and this is based off your seven years worth of training and still weighing 146lb and being weak as f*ck.

you weigh a buck forty six. Anything you did wouldve gave you progress, you wouldve had better progress with 146g of protein.

no hate, just telling you like it is.

Hahahah I'll give you that one .. not entirely clear on that term .. I wasn't sure if noob gains were just for people who were previously sedentary or if they still applied when you start bulking for the first time

I don't think one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is necessary

UCLA did a study and found that the maximum amount of protein the body can absorb in a day is .91 grams per pound of bodyweight

.. again, I was working out to avoid fat gains and did some strength training. And fair enough, thanks for the input but I disagree

weighs 148lbs, gives advice on bulking. Lol teen section hasn't changed since it was first introduced.

I hit over 500g protein a day and i dont weigh 148lbs, connect the dots?
