      hi.
      been a member of this site for 2 days now. it really is an awesome site. so much knowledge been passed about.
      so a little about myself.
      my names lee, iam 27 and from the midlands.
      ive been training for 11 years now.
      my 11 years have mainly been natural other than a course i started wen i was 18, although i never finished the course due to my old man noticing a change in my attitude.
      i put the grumpyness down to being full of teenage hormanes as well as steriods which cant be a great mix.
      now that i have spent all these years increasing my strength and muscle mass i have hit a wall and feel maybe some good education on gear and courses i may possibly (most likely) start some gear and get as big and ripped as i possibly can.
      my aim has always been to compete in bodybuilding shows and that is a goal i hope to reach asap now.
      my training has always been very intense so with the correct diet, suppliments and knowledge behind me i feel i can smash this goal.
      all of the above info i am searching for i am hoping to get from this site.

      hope to speak to many of u soon that can help with me reaching my goal.

      please feel free to take a look at my pics and see where u can find any faults u feel i can work on.
