      impossible to gain?

What I meant is are you still running? Running burns a lot of cals depend on the distance and intensity. So to help gain weight, and I wouldn't run too often if you are indeed bulking at 4000. I am not doubting you can eat 4kcal, but dude, I do you know how hard that is at your weight? Unless you eat junk

List everything you eat in an average day. Be honest.

      impossible to gain?

well about 40 days ago i was at 140, and ive been through some muscle shock and obvious strength gains. 150 might be an over esitimate but its for a fact >140.

      impossible to gain?

well keep in mind I only ate like that for a month and a half. i guess i just needed this reality slap and stop whining that gaining is impossible. right now, on off days, Ill get 1650- 2400. on on days, ill get 2000-3000. but you would think that at my weight that would still be enough to gain.

1600 is way too low. Off days try to shoot for 2500-2700. And on days you work out just add a little more. maybe another 300 so 3k.
