I was curious if anyone knew how to use the IF calculator or knew about macros because I have been losing a little strength after 1.5 weeks of IF but I have seen fat loss also. 6'5" 183 Lbs 19 yrs old n/a BF I want to continue my gains but also lose my remaining visceral fat. Lower back and lower ab fat.

Intermittent Fasting troubles I havent calorie counted yet. I do like 100g from whey /casein shake a day, and 100g from chicken breast. Carbs I do whole wheat tortillas so like 100g from those and 100g from brown rice. Fats are usually about 70g from Peanut butter and other ****. 200/200/70 it looks like
