I go to the gym everyday and burn ALOT of calories.. Throughout the week I only eat nutritional meals, Egg and Bagel sandwich in the morning, my shakes, chicken and pasta at night ect. So I was wondering would it have a negative effect my body if I ate one bad meal a week? A bad meal meaning Chinese food or a pizza, something like that, just one time every Sunday night for dinner. Please leave some evidence to support your answer, thanks for your time. BTW im trying to gain(BULK)

Is it ok to eat one bad meal once a week? This is anecdotal. I consume micro-nutrient dense foods, and also food that tastes good for example I have pizza every saturday, my PWO meal is a pint of B+J frozen yoghurt, spaghetti bolognese with loads of cheese on top (whole pasta prefer the taste) and a couple scoops protein for sake of convenience, still getting good gains as i would have done when I obsessed about eating "clean" all the time I hate saying it because It is said far too much, but... if it fits your macro's pal P.S.
