no dude, it's after 6 pm.

      ........not srs.

Meal timing is largely irrelavent in terms of resulting body composition. however it is NOT irrelavent in terms of things like difficulty/comfort sleeping(varies from person to person), and satiety.

Please explain why you think it's possible for the time on the clock to determine if you the nutrients you consume will "turn to fat"?

Probably because he thinks that if he eats them at night the body wont burn them and store them as fat.
      Just a guess though

It's your claim, not mine. Please provide peer-reviewed journal published studies in support of your claim.

I suggest you begin studying and not get your diet information from those people that "kept telling me"!

Meal timing is extremely important. I mean it's critical. If you don't eat at some point and time...eventually you will die. If you are not in that situation here are some other times when the timing is important:

      1. When you are hungry
      2. When it's convenient
      3. When your wife/mom/whoever is cooking says it's ready
      4. If you are eating ice creaming the timing is very critical....you want to eat it before it melts.
      5. Krispy Kreme donut timing is important too. Only eat when the Hot Sign is on...

There are a lot of details to consider when it comes to meal timing. It can be confusing for many people. My experience is that most people from a typical Western Culture figure it out though. Good luck, and stay safe.
