      Hello,

      Because i hate deadlifts damn much i was thinking isnt there a alternative?
      wasnt sure my self so i ask here
      and if there is a alternative what exercise or exercises should i do

      Since the deadlift works so many muscles there isn't one single alternative. Rack pull is the closest

      ^thats like saying the half squat is an alternative to the squat, its the exact same movement with less range of motion lol^
