I mean if you think about it, there really isn't. As long as you eat at a surplus of calories and use a sufficient exercise routine, there should be no difficulty in gaining weight and muscle. Am I wrong? Lots of people complain that they can't gain weight. They just aren't eating enough calories.
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? i heard some people have trouble gaining weight because they take a cr*p too quickly which means that for example if they ate 1000 calories and they then take a **** after 15min they will be ****ting 50% of their calories into the toilet. The result is that they get too few calories to gain weight.
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? Is this serious? Because, that would truly explain a lot for me...
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? I think this is false, you should generally be ****ting some time after a meal, from your previous meal. You should be crapping 3 times a day really. You phucking kunts. Destroyed the Ok.
