I have been doing tons of cardio recently, one day 25 minutes straight running at 9 miles mph and the next day intervals 1 minute at 7 mph the next minute at 10 mph for about 20 minutes straight, I do this routine 6 days a week, lifting about 5-6 days a week.... been very very hungry lately! like I have been craving Ice cream and cookies like a drug addict.. I had my once a week cheat meal two days ago and that was awesome.... but I am still craving sweets! I wont cave in but I really have to fix this feeling... can Intense cardio and lots of it make me hungrier? I really feel like going to the store to get a box of cookies and a small tub of ice cream......

Lately been craving food like mad! how about you? Yes. i think i am doing too much cardio and it's making me too hungry. I think i might start going on long walks instead of doing cardio. i can't just do nothing because i'll eat. Walking will burn a few calories but hopefully not make me as hungry as cardio.
