Lifting heavy while on low cals? lol... thats alright ill pass but really man honestly its about calories. By lifting heavy on low calories there is some argument where youll keep your strength more but youll still be cutting because your under maintenance.
Lifting heavy while on low cals? i'd suggest bulk for 6 months, you will gain a lot of muscle and not look pathetic. Then cut till you are like 12%, then keep bulking
Lifting heavy while on low cals? One of the guys said even if i do heavy weights on a calorie deficit ill cut, so i don't mind that but i do want to loose bodyfat so that's the best way i suppose. do i add cardio to it?
Lifting heavy while on low cals? If you do anything on a calorie deficit you'll cut...(almost anything, don't take that too seriously). Cardio can help, but its not necessary, up to you really
Lifting heavy while on low cals? im thinking a cut then bulk then, right now i have alot of bodyfat so i think thats the better thing to do, thats for the advice!
Lifting heavy while on low cals? Up to you. If you cut you may be disgusted with how little lean body mass you have. Should post a pic so we can give a good estimate as to how much bodyfat you actually have, you may not be as fat as you think you are, it may be better to bulk first.
Lifting heavy while on low cals? heres a pic, i think it's quite fat, some people tell me to bulk some say cut so i dunno what to do!
Lifting heavy while on low cals? In my opinion it would be better to cut first, by the end of you bulk you'll look like a pile of lard. Warning though, at the end of your cut you WILL look like an auschwitz survivor. But in the long run you'll look better during your bulk.
Lifting heavy while on low cals? what you mean by auschwitz survivor lol? yeah im thinking i should cut tbh cause people give me different advice some tell me to cut some tell me to bulk, so you think i should definately cut?
Lifting heavy while on low cals? You don't have much lean body mass, so by the end of your cut you are going to look pretty skinny (auschwitz survivor). It'll be best in the long run though imho
