Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? do weighted abs training, clean diet and HIIT. Bang problems solved no need for any other supps.
Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? Naw bro. I'm doing a 2.5 week run with it. My log for it is over at GSF. Had insane results so far, 15 days in, over 20lbs of fat lost, and some great strength gains on a moderate dose.
Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? Spidey... sometimes.. just stfu. lol Yes, I sometimes intentionally lie to keep some idiots away from the more dangerous stuff. The main supports I use with dnp are electrolytes (potassium/magnesium/sodium/calcium), t3, and creatine. You'd have a stronger more effective cycle if you supplemented some t3 in there (similar to using ketotifen with clen) as the DNP has been shown to down regulate
Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? No proof anywhere in the literature that DNP has any effect on thyroid hormones, it's just a myth as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't supplement with it because you are supplementing with a catabolic hormone, which basically negates the beneficial effects DNP has on AMPK and substrate oxidation. Electrolytes might be needed if you sweat a lot, I don't. EDIT: Lol at trying to keep the idiots away. You and I come in and brag about how we lose 20lbs and 10lbs respectively in the time it takes most people to lose 1/2 a pound. Someone out there is curious now.
Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? If it's that much better than clen or am EC stack. What are the elevated risks with it?
Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? Run blood work with your dnp cycle and you will see. I've used dnp 3 or 4x. T3 will help your cycle.. just a friendly tip.
Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? Death. In moderate doses it's very healthy (srs). I have been, compared to my pre (steroid) cycle results from about 2 months ago, all thyroid hormones are at baseline. If you have any literature on it I'll gladly read and reevaluate my opinion.
Loosing for than a pound of fat a week? LOL sorry for the curiosity. Someone else brought up DNP about a week ago, and I've been trying to find some places to read up on it.
