Love Handles Slow down keyboard warrior, I was asking for some advice! I am telling you what I have seen and how I am growing both muscle and that my love handles arent going away! 1. I didn't say I was gaining bigger love handles 2. All I said is they havent started to go or get smaller 3. You can't really make a good judgement when you don't know my diet/training to say I am eating too much At 37 you should be a bit more grown up about it silly guy

Love Handles Just keep in mind that you can't spot reduce fat. It's very possible that even while you're losing fat, your handles will stay the same. You just have to stay consistent with your cut until they go away. Most questions on HOW to go about losing fat can be answered by the stickies.
