I'm a 20 year old male in college. I like to work out in the mornings, but I never stay consistent because of my inability to go within an hour of waking. I find that eating before I've been awake more than an hour or longer makes my stomach very unstable, usually in the form of gags or cramps. I'm completely healthy to my knowledge. My last trip to the doctor was about six months ago. I have no eating disorders, nor any other problems eating at any of time of day. Does anyone know a cause/cure for this problem?
