      People generally measure flexed, however, the correct way to measure is cold, relaxed.

      Btw didn't mean to flame you youngkid. You just can never be sure if these people on the forums know what they're talking about-especially if they're young. you seem like you know a good bit though. repped

      yea man me too. I don't claim to know much either. I've been lifting/dieting incorrectly for like the past year

      not to be rude but,

      you made a thread in the teen forum -- and most teens have only been lifting for a short amount of time, thus you shouldnt expect anything else.

      Furthermore, your only 18 and 140lbs with a fair amount of bf% so this leads me to believe you're new to the game as well.

      Youngkid was perfectly correct by saying people use their cold flex as their stats. But for personal use people generally like to know what they are cold flexed, unflexed and pumped.

      Ditto, I just started focussing on compound lifts 3~4 months ago out of the year I've been lifting, and just been getting my diet right and progress has been good so far.
