Odd question I know but does everyone drink it for a protein intake? Basically I want to know if I am missing a trick and if I should be drinking it every day?
MILK? How much does everyone drink? Are you trying to bulk? If so yes! Everyday and plenty of it! If not then even semi skimmed with oats in the morning and maybe a shake is ideal.
MILK? How much does everyone drink? I drink it because it's delicious. It has a decent nutritional make up depending on your goals which is a bonus too.
