My diet plan Try having a 250g of chicken breast thats an easy fix for you there I have 4 whole chicken breasts a day at between 220g and 250g each
My diet plan I think I would have to up the chicken gradually to be able to stomach eating 250g in one go ... it might not be a lot to some, but I already feel full as it is after 125g!
