Okay, so I tried to make some pizza that would fit my macros nicely. Granted they aren't perfect macros, but they fit into my diet perfectly. Ingredients: -Pillsbury Classic Pizza crust (tube) - Don't fall victim to the whole wheat ones, they have a lot more fat -Your choice of Meat and/or seafood (about a pound and a half or so). Obviously your macros will move accordingly. I used 12.5 ounces chicken and 10 ounces wild salmon -Veggies (used 1 green pepper and 3 ounces mushrooms. I also used a tbsp olives, but I don't think they're a vegetable) - 1 cup Low fat Mozzarella or similiar cheese. I used 2% because that's all i could find. -1 cup pizza or similiar sauce. (pregos original) Serves 4. 599 cals, 19 grams of fat, 55 carbs, 53 protein. I think the theory is relatively simple, so i wont go into details. -Cook chicken and salmon ( season them lightly so the flavors don't contrast too bad) -Saute veggies -Cook Crust as shown on package -Add veggies, sauce, meats, etc -finish cooking -And for gods sake, grease the pan beforehand. I forgot to. PICS: see post 7
