Basically I am saying have a balance of macros for much less insulin release, That sounds good to me bud, just get a decent protein source in their and you'll be kool Ha cheeky! In my defense I had literally just got back from cardio and a mild hypo from too much low blood sugar which must of been due to being a tad depleted from dieting atm. The general idea of these is to just give some new guys some ideas and help along knowing decent nutritioin for bodybuilding and health, so will be keped short sweet and hopefully entertaining!

My video series Yup, very good. But it seems that you are slating 'wholegrain cereal' as it is. The K'logs wholegrain is, imo sh!te, & I'm sure you agree. But for the 'average joe' he might interpret this to mean that, wholegrain is rubbish. I am NOT dissing you at all. BUT, thank you, for posting up a video, & for talking about nutrition, in a positive way. Great!! Do a vid about fat loss please!
