As it's our annversary, the wife suggested we went out for a meal then onto the flicks. We've just got back in and although the film was turd, the food was awesome. She only took me to Nando's which made my day. As i am currently trying to be good with the food i am eating, i can say i enjoyed eating out without feeling like a cheat. Chicken and sweet potato, mmmm.

Love it went though a phase of eating at Nandos up to two times a week as I get discount through work. Am having to give myself a break as I was on first name terms with the staff so thought perhaps it's time to leave it for a while.

nandos portions are tiny ive noticed, you gotta spend big bucks in there to get a decent meal, its a pittance!

hard to find good places these days to eat out for bodybuilders/fitness/athletes

I find using the Nandos sauces you can buy at supermarkets, wrap a chicken breast covered in the stuff in tin foil, bake for 20-25 mins at 200C, tastes VERY similar to Nandos chicken at a fraction of the cost

Nandos was my cheat meal for the week this Sunday.
Double Chicken Breast Pita, Spicy rice and Pino Beans..Oh and some halumi Cheese to start
