necks not sure why you want a big neck unless youre a wrestler or boxer. makes your shoulders look narrower
necks i was a grappler dude bjj wrestle etc, well started it till i blew my disc out my ass, ive been rolled on my head and pressed down like he wanted me to kiss my ass! before at bjj and though he had snapped my neck, heard a massive 'CRACK' wasnt nice lol, plus getting bigger but still having a pencil neck looks just as stupid, but id rather has a protected neck than a weak 1 lol. iv always had constant pain in my neck since then, even now its there if i roll my head, dont realy no what to do about it other than try and look after it and many be a massage, iv also had pain in my neck since a chiro moved my vetbre which i never asked him to and it was my lower back that was the reason i was there to see him for, guess he thought he was doing me a favour....
