Currently I am drinking a shake every morning which contains -1 whole banana -2 tbsp of natural peanut butter - 1/2 cup of milk I also eat a handful of nuts every morning. So is this a good breakfest, what do I need to change, or what other option do I have? (NO EGGS)
Need help, is this a good breakfest? It's good if you enjoy it, but it's meaningless in terms of nutrition outside of the context of your total daily intake.
Need help, is this a good breakfest? That sounds like a snack. How fast do you get hungry after breakfast?
Need help, is this a good breakfest? It's great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even as a snack so long as you're getting adequate calories and macro-nutrients on a daily basis. Need help, is this a good breakfest? Yeah I know meal timing doesn't matter, but I find it easier to fit in everything I eat into small meals, I'm not a fan of eating a lot at one sitting.
Need help, is this a good breakfest? I'm well aware of the intention of his leading question, mostly because it's obvious but also because it's a part of his MO. But if meal timing doesn't matter, why go on a witch hunt against numbers of meals greater than 4 regardless of whether the follower of such a protocol finds it troublesome or not?
