Need opinions on my routine! I have hex dumbbells at 15lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs, 50lbs, 60lbs. I also have a set of spinlock dumbbells (which is what I use now) that go up to 100lbs each. The highest I've actually used them is 85lbs each.
