I think I failed to mention that I'm no chef lol. I'm not sure how I'd go about 'spicing' things up...

Edit: I posted my pictures if anyone would be kind enough to give me a bodyfat estimation .

You want to know how I do it? I eat pretty much all my daily fat/carbs in one sitting. I'm no chef either.

Breakfast: 2 scoops whey + black coffee
Lunch: mixed greens + lean turkey + low cal dressing
Dinner: 1300 calories of whatever the hell I want - usually fast food.

Breakfast and lunch are 'meh', but you can fit a lot of fatty/carby goodness into 1300 calories, and it ain't boring.

I'm a little bit of a whizz in the kitchen, but you don't need to be. Just spend a while in your supermarket looking at stuff that tastes good and you can fit in to your macros.

I eat pretty much everything in one meal, two on my workout days (don't like to train empty).

How much protein do you get in?

I would have to say my breaking meal sucks, but I actually do enjoy my pre-bed meal a lot. I forgot to mention I have another 1/2c of cottage cheese with my second meal.

Got to say, I could never go just 1 meal. I need something in me or I start turning into a tyrant lol. I like to train atleast 2-4 hours after eating anything.

I've tried that, but I'm terrible at juggling numbers and my ADHD kicks in fullretardmode when I enter grocery stores, my family hates me for this haha.

I was thinking of somehow fitting burgers... But also I like to keep things big on size so I feel fuller.

Anywhere from 130-170gm of protein depending on which dinner splurge I settle on.
