      So i just purchased body fortress whey protein and i have a few questions. First of all how often and how much should i take it? Second i noticed there is creatine in it i've heard creatine is bad? Third what are some good mixtures to make with it? Anyways thanks in advanced guys!

      Creatine in protein? and you should have bought "100% Gold Standard Whey Protein". You however many scoops is one serving or more, after your workouts.

      .... ur acting like whey is some kind of drug lol

      there's no creatine in it unless u buy it with creatine, but like creatine isn't even bad.
      use a scoop or 2 after ur workouts, or like whenever you want, it doesn't really matter.
      i like to make myself a shake with my breakfast, ice, water, a banana, 2 tbsp natty pb, a scoop of vanilla or chocolate whey. blend.

      the whey he bought doesn't matter, whey is whey
      plus the on tastes like ****

      myofusion or trutein are the best tasting

      3) depends on the flavor, chocolate and vanilla whey are very versatile when it comes to mixing things in. but as far as things to add: peanut butter, oats, milk, bananas, yogurt, and fruits (sorta iffy with how it comes out tasting)
