OiOi Brothers Im glad i found this place as its quality. Im 19, live in South East London but actually moving to Walsall next week and going to have to restart from scratch but anyway, I have been lifting for over a year although i would say only 8 months of proper lifting, you know how stupid noobs are. I started as 9.5 stone at 18 Y.O 6"0 tall, im currently 12.5 stone & i owe so much to lifting & its changed my life so much for the better. Anyway i know ill learn a lot from you guys & have a laugh.
