Also sometimes these "sponsors" is just google ads which is not the website sponsoring but google ads who is paid to put those links on those pages.

GrAnted there are people who seemed to do great with SD and recover quickly and keep most gains. But an otc pct is very unsafe ( though I have seen bloodwork proven effective only in certain products). A low dose serm is something I recommend for every cycle. Something mild as PP Andro series could easliy be run with an otc pct. Personally it's all about recovery for me. You will (might) bounce back from an AAS cycle with an Oct pct, but will it be as quick as using a serm? I believe not. Serms are not all that holy and do come with their own side effects, but if you take it upon yourself use prohormones you must take responsiblty

Over the counter pct If you are running test, nolva is the most tried and true method of pct. I personally take clomid but thats just me. OTC pct are usually great additions to a SERM, but they are just that additions, the SERM is the backbone.
