post workout shake I heard you weren't supposed to add them since you burn them during your workout, eh? idk, I'm just trying to figure out if I could replace my shake with a solid meal... or drink my PWO and wait 3 hours before eating my next meal? because I usually eat my next meal within an hour after my pwo, because that's what some trainer guy told me to do.
