Totally and utterly false. Do some research.

Okay fair enough. But IF has nothing to do with cutting carbs pre-workout, or at all. And keto is an overall extremely low carb diet, not just referring to pre-workout. So cutting carbs Pre-WO and then eating carbs later on is not keto, nor will it be making body more adaptable at using fat for fuel.

Individual responses (in terms of performance and how u feel) will vary concerning pre workout food. How do feel/perform when consuming your current pre workout (i do agree with dropping the vitargo, w/e it is). If good, then keep going.

There will be no differences in your body composition caused by your pre workout meal, if you're hitting overall calories and macros at the end of the day.

Personally, I eat lunch 3-3.5 hrs before the gym (or go fasted when I can), any closer and I don't feel comfortable training.

Limiting carbs ONLY before training will do nothing, if you've already ingested carbs some reasonable time before training. And this is a reductionist view anyway, since if you're not eating cho, dietary fat will be used for energy (unless you're running a psmf)....which brings us all the way back to the only thing that really matters > 24 hour energy balance.
