Pretty sure I'm dying ladies and gentlemen, this is a textbook case of RTFM (read the freaking manual) to prevent problems. I would be shocked if the OP isnt lactose intolerant or ate really poorly on the refeed. When i first did a refeed, i immediately jumped to "low fat" ice cream and whatnot, but even then i kept fats for a 5500 kcal load to around 75g. That isnt even bad. Some people shoot way over 100g fat, and then wonder why they can't see results on a cycled diet. Hmm... wonder why
