protein only days Vegetables are carbohydrates. You would be eating protein + carbohydrates on those days. You calling that carb direct startchy or a mother****ing vegetable does not make any difference.
protein only days getting ****ing 10g of carbs from some green leafy vegetables doesnt constitute as carbs to me. yes they are carbs in every physical and biological way. i find it hilarious that everyone is hung up on one aspect of my post rather than givign their opinion on my question.
protein only days benefit= being in a larger caloric defecit while maintaining muscle through a higher protein day= more fat loss with muscle retention.
