Hello, I need to take in 170g of protein each day. Apparently my body can on take in 20g of protein at a time (some assclown at school told me this). So even if I manage to get 20g of protein at each meal I'll only be getting 120g if I eat 6 times a day. How do you guys afford this??? Whey is $60 a tub and chicken is $20 for 5 breasts. And they whey only has 30 servings in it so it aint lasting long. And in regards to meal timing and frequency? Is it absolutely essential? during Mon-Fri I try my best to get 6 meals in a day. But today I only had meals (three if you count shakes). Is it really important when to eat, or it doesn't matter as long as you eat healthy and stay within limits? Thanks.
