I know this has been posted numerous time already but. Today is the end of my first week of cutting, been hitting macros on point and even consuming less Carbs than necessary. Macros- 184 g protein 150 g carbs 70 g fats Ive avg 15-30 g carbs daily for the past week, im 170, 11% bf Am i entitled to a refeed?
quick question about refeed day? Calories seem quite low. You first say you consume 150g carbs a day then say 15-30g, which is it?
quick question about refeed day? My carb intake is supposed to be 150g but this week I was testing limits and see how I would react to 15-30 g of carbs a day. I was good, energy was still adequate.

quick question about refeed day? You don't seem to understand. You reduced caloric intake by decreasing carb intake by ~400 calories, which resulted in decreased bodyweight (assuming you're in an energy deficit). And there is no "sufficient" level of carbs as CHO intake is not essential.
