      poll? what poll?

      And i thought karate is just what parents made their kids do after school as they were too fat for proper sports.

      SHOTOKAN KARATE.......Who does it ???

      I did it as a kid and got to brown belt but stopped due to a knee injury. my favourite Kata by a mile was Tekki Shodan!

      Yeah thats a good Kata bud , i like my current Kata for brown belt bassai Dai.. its one of the longest Kata's

      SHOTOKAN KARATE.......Who does it ???

      I got a green belt 5/10 in a mixed martial arts discipline that I trained in when I was in my teens... Wasnt proper MMA it was about 70% boxing and kickboxing and about 30% a mix of other styles my teacher blended in lol. Was quite good though but not really karate

      I did Wado ryu karate, blue belt, but thats not an option on the poll
