      Im terrible with deadlifts. The medication i was on last year killed my lower back/ hip. Stretch everyday and Im still stiff as can be. I deadlift 120 and feel like Im about to die.

      Agreed, deadlifts just put so much strain on my lower back.

      If you have lower back problems, obviously don't do deadlifts. However, if you do deadlifts with perfect form and your spinal erectors get stronger, your risk of spinal injury will actually decrease.

      This is why I'd like to do them. In hopes I could maybe reverse some damage. But in truth, Im not even sure if the damage is Muscular, or skeleto. Predisone=DEATH. Did help my stomach for a bit though.
