Then do what you want to do. It's what you want. And just some treadmill light running for 25-30 mins would do a few times a week

football was one of the funnest times of my life but you have to love the sport if you can imagine your life without it or would rather be bodybuilding than do that no one here can tell you my suggestion though is play football, offseason is still a good time to put on muscle and learn proper lifting techniques that you could use later to help you be a successful bodybuilder

      3 months time.
You could lose 12-24lbs of fat + an estimated 3-6lbs of water.
      Bringing you down 15-30lbs.

Probably not enough for a six pack though.

do football bro, u can workout and bodybuild at any point in your life pretty much until ur physically incapable. You only go to high school once, i personally regret not playing any sports. Now im about to graduate and ill never have the opportunity again.

You would have to incorporate both. You won't lose fat if your calories are still in a surplus of your maintaince level. You hear all these stories about people losing weight from pure cardio, but they never realized that they were probably eating thier maintaince level of calories then going into a deficit because of the cardio or the fact that they are eating less.
