      have you tried it medium or medium rare mate?

      no mate always put me off. can you have it medium without blood?

      yes it will still be pink but no blood.maybe you should try buying braising steak if you like it well done.then make a nice braising for it.cook it in the oven on a low heat for about 2 hours.the meat just falls apart then with no blood

      cant be dealing with that though mate, maybe i should change to fillet you reckon ill notice the diffrence from sirloin?

      Lol v well done is why its chewy.

      Have it blue its lush. Anything over rare you may as well eat chicken.

      Or you could cut it and slow cook a casserole. Lovely and tender.
