      Hey,

Let’s talk about something that often gets overlooked in our quest for bigger and stronger muscles—stretching and flexibility. A lot of us are guilty of skipping stretching in favor of adding more sets, but the truth is that improving flexibility could be the key to unlocking better muscle development.

There’s evidence that stretching can help increase range of motion, which in turn can allow for deeper muscle contractions and even prevent injuries. But here’s the big question: Are you incorporating enough stretching into your routine?

      Some things to think about:

      • How often do you stretch, and do you think it has helped your muscle growth?
      • What kind of stretching do you prefer—static or dynamic stretching—and when do you find it most effective (pre or post-workout)?
      • Have you noticed any improvement in your strength or ability to lift heavier when you're more flexible?
Share your experiences with stretching and its impact on your muscle gains. If you’ve got any routines or tips that have helped you stay flexible while building muscle, we’d love to hear them!

      Keep stretching, stay strong!

      Cheers,

      Mark
