I'm at 150lbs, age 17 and used to be 210 I'm looking to stay lean and get cut, yet gain muscle (obviously) just not Bulk up. So far I'm on neurcore as my PW and muscle infusion as my post. Should I be getting any more supplements? Money isn't an issue (unless it's like 110$ per tub) so can you guys reccomend any more? I'm buying the BCAA amino acids and the vitamins. Should I get casein? HydroGain or BSN products? I'm looking for max results and as fast as I can. Thankyou.
Supplemet question. There is nothing special about them its just a convinient way of hitting your macros. Just eat about 500 cals above maintance and you will grow. And maybe add in creatine mono as getting 5g a day from food isn't the easiest of things. Bcaa's are only usefull during a cut
Supplemet question. I guess I'm looking to do both, I wanna lose the loose skin and gain muscle. I would like to get "cut" and you would suggest like a creatine powder supplement that just mixes in?
