Ok so as of monday i will be running 300mg test 1ml & 300mg deca 1ml jabing twice a week,monday & thursday, thats 600t-600D mg a week. reason am spliting the dose is i dont have 4ml barrels and i dont fancy 4ml at once. I would like to no wot you think of my diet and if i should change anything, just for the record am bulking. age 32 hight 165cm weight 74.5kg cycle history 2. ok so for my food intake, breakfast 2 wholemeal toast 3 egg whites 120g oat pshake lunch 200g chicken 125g uncle bens rice tuna tortilli wholemeal wraps with salad 2 scoops pshake dinner 100g brown pasta tuna with salads 200g chicken 125g uncle bens rice afternoon mackerel tinned 100g 2scoops pshake now am working this all out at 3065 cals 370g protein 250g carbs 63g fats so wot you all think?
take a look please closer to 4000cals for bulking imo. but i dont know how well you gain. but on cycle you want the most from it. so possibly 5000 if you can do it.
take a look please Do 2ml in each quad or glute Macro's look fine, I bulk on same amount of carbs At your weigh I estimate your maintenance cals around 2500???? If so I think you got it just right
take a look please am a glute only person and am sure 4ml would be fine but not when i on got 3ml barrels.
