      Strong wtf on the no calories part. Of course it has calories, it's protein. Around 4kcals per gram of it.

      OP, since you are vegeterian you can get a tub of protein, no matter what brand, other than that food should be enough

      Best thing to do for a bulk is just mix whatever protein you're currently taking with milk and then blend some peanut butter in there with it. Gives you lots of calories and lots of protein.

      If your heart is set on a bulking supplement then Cytosports Monster Mass would be my pick.

      There not gonna be any side effects if you take whey... but op, buy whatever is cheapest per serving. No use spending tons of money for 18 servings lol

      These are some of mostly used supplements, (Whey protein, Serious mass, muscle juice, Mega mass) these all are awesome and mostly used everywhere, Whey Protein is one of the best and full of taste and nutrition. Use of Whey protein after workout causes heavy weight and muscles for you.
